Through the power of Microsoft Teams, we’re going strong online during COVID-19 with almost 30 LIVE workout offerings a week. Convenient and flexible sessions available that span all ability levels with class variety to invigorate the body and mind. Options include cardio, yoga, dance, kids’ classes, Pilates, strength, meditation, flexibility, HIIT, barre, stretching/core work, and mindfulness. Payment options include one, two, or three classes a week, unlimited, and ways to add family members.
